Basic and Advanced CNC Troubleshooting.
With over 20 years of field service experience working on Fanuc CNC equipment. Can diagnose most problems quickly. I can tackle the hard-to-find intermittent issues. Using my extensive PMC knowledge I can troubleshoot many I/O and ladder related problems. I can tell you why an axis won't move when no alarms are present. Expert in troubleshooting Fanuc hardware failures, including drives, motors, motherboards, and I/O. as well as finding bad cabling.
PMC Ladder Modification
Proficient in Fanuc ladder development tools such as Fanuc Ladder-III, PMC-N, PMC-L/M Fapt, and Fapt II. Able to decode ladder passwords for most CNC machines so edits to the ladder are possible. Can take an existing ladder from a machine and provide a PDF (Acrobat Reader) file of the ladder. Can interface a Robot to an CNC using PMC functions. Can make machine tools more safe through PMC modification.Complete CNC Backups
Can do a complete CNC backup so in the event that all memory has been wiped out you can get your machine back up and running quickly. Provide offsite storage for your machine tool backups to keep them secured from being lost or destroyed.
